1. Agreement to Terms

Lumina Systems provides website design and development, automation services, and digital marketing tools for local businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to:

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program

Lumina Systems offers an SMS/text messaging program as part of our services. By opting in to receive text messages from Lumina Systems, you agree to the following:

• Program Description: Our SMS program may include appointment reminders, service notifications, follow-up messages, review requests, promotional offers, and other communications related to Lumina Systems services.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services and the specific programs you are enrolled in.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any charges that may apply.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: For support, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@luminasystems.org.
• Supported Carriers: Our SMS services are supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent Not Required for Purchase: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Lumina Systems.

4. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Lumina Systems and mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of our control. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Subscription and Billing

Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the monthly subscription fee associated with your chosen plan
• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Maintain a valid payment method on file
• Understand that subscriptions renew automatically each month

There are no build fees or setup costs. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.

6. Website Ownership

During your active subscription, Lumina Systems will host, maintain, and manage your website. Upon cancellation, website transfer options will be discussed. Custom content you provide (text, images, logos) remains your property.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive business practices
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumina Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from the use or inability to use our SMS/text messaging services, delayed or undelivered messages, or any errors in message content.

9. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, including our SMS/text messaging program. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will promptly delete that information.

10. Privacy Policy

11. Modifications
